Order FAQ
- HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Your nordstromrack tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at nordstromrack Online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the My Orders section. Users who checked out as a guest can not see order information online.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different locations. This, many times, may result in multiple tracking numbers or items arriving at different times depending on where they have shipped from.
- It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.
- HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your nordstromrack Stores order tracking number.
- CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ONLINE ORDER?
Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.
- WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.
- WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND NORDSTROMRack STORES DOESN'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?
While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.
- HOW CAN I FIND AN ITEM I SAW IN AN NORDSTROMRack RETAIL STORE?
If you need help locating a Retail Store item, please call our customer service department. We can help source the item for you if you can't find it on our website.
Due to our incredible sales and discounts, from 11/20/23 – 1/15/2023, we will not be offering any price adjustments.
Otherwise, as a courtesy, we offer a one-time price adjustment per customer in the form of a store credit if an item is reduced within 3 days from the purchase date. The item must be in stock to qualify for the price adjustment. Simply call Customer Care or send an email request for a store credit of the price difference. Items purchased on sale, promo, clearance or which are otherwise excluded by NORDSTROM Rack , in its sole discretion, qualify and the difference of the promotion will be credited. NORDSTROM Rack offers many coupons and discounts during various promotional periods. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). NORDSTROM Rack does not offer price matching to any other online store or department store.
Price matching cannot be applied to Renewed, Clearance Warehouse Blowout, Flash Sale, High Voltage Sale, Weekender Sale, Everyday Savings, High Tide, Semi-Annual Liquidation sale, From The Vault, Deal Dash & Big Purge Items.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
- MONITORING RETURNS
NORDSTROM Rack monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at NORDSTROM Rack and at any of its retail stores in all instances. The system ensures that only those with highly irregular return, exchange, or credit request behavior are affected. This approach allows us to offer a more lenient and flexible return policy for the vast majority of our customers.
- COUPON AND DISCOUNTS POLICY
Exclusions apply to our coupons and promotions and they are subject to change or expire at any time. Our promotional coupons are not always applicable to certain sections, categories, or brands on our website that already have fixed low prices. We reserve the right to expand these exclusions when necessary. Coupons can not be combined.
Additional percent off coupons are not applicable to all products. Included products will be shown with a promotional label indicating the promotional discount. "Rock Bottom" deals are already heavily discounted and may not qualify for coupons, including sitewide coupons.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
International users - NORDSTROM Rack allows international orders. Unfortunately, our international order processing system does not allow further promotional codes or discounts. Please note that watches or jewelry containing Mother of Pearl, Rosewood, Mahogany, and Ebony material are restricted from being shipped to select countries. Additionally, restrictions apply to Lithium power banks/ rechargers and items deemed hazardous. Items with batteries are restricted for shipping to Puerto Rico and can not be ordered at NORDSTROM Rack. Shipping of Jewelry and Fragrance items are also restricted to certain countries. - IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY WATCHES I CAN ORDER?
As we are a direct to consumer website, our watches are not authorized for re-sale. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are flagged as such. If you are interested in volume purchasing, please contact us and we will assist you further.
- WHERE DOES NORDSTROM Rack ACCEPT ORDERS FROM?
We are able to accept orders within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii and more than 50 countries around the world.

- HOW DO I PICK THE RIGHT TIMEPIECE?
Selecting a watch is a very personal choice. Among the most important considerations are formal versus modern, color, band material or size. Many of our most dedicated NORDSTROM Rack collectors seek out timepieces based on unique automatic movements, exclusive or rare numbered collections, and bold styles. Please note the aqua plating will vary in the designs and colors of the watch
- HOW DO I SIZE MY WATCH?
We are pleased to offer at a ¥3,100 fee band sizing adjustments for NORDSTROM Rack watches purchased at NORDSTROM Rack In regions not within a convenient distance to one of our stores, most jewelers or watch repair vendors can adjust your timepieces to the perfect fit. You can also make adjustments yourself with a basic watch sizing toolkit if you are comfortable with removing small pins and links.
- HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY WATCH?
We hope you enjoy your new timepiece and take the time to read the care instructions to ensure its precise operation and longevity. By doing so, you will help give it a long life and keep it operating at the high-quality standards by which it was crafted. Since many NORDSTROM Rack timepieces have been tested for water resistance, one of the most common watch case reminders we offer is to always close the crown tightly after setting the time. We also recommend carefully cleaning your timepiece as necessary as well as having it inspected annually by a certified watchmaker to ensure the gaskets are in proper condition.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard or Discover cards.
NORDSTROM Rack takes privacy and security (yours and ours) extremely seriously. We use Braintree as our secure checkout partner to ensure your safety and a fast, simple checkout process. We also accept Paypal, one of the most trusted names in online shopping. Anyone with a Paypal account can check out on our site and pay with their stored payment information safely and securely.
Finally, you have the option to finance any order over ¥10,300 using Affirm. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check, may not be available in all states, and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lender license.
- DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
As an eCommerce store we are required to collect sales tax from buyers in states where a retail store of our business is established. Also, following IRS rules, if we pass certain revenue thresholds in orders shipped to a specific state, we are obligated to start charging sales tax in those specific states. - DO YOU STILL ACCEPT THE NORDSTROM Rack CARD?
The NORDSTROM Rack Card is a line of credit issued by Synchrony Bank for use at NORDSTROM Rack Stores and NORDSTROM Rack. As of May 2021,NORDSTROM Rack NO longer accepts Synchrony as a form of payment. Please note you can still use your card at our retail locations.
- WHAT IS THE NORDSTROM Rack CARD?
NORDSTROM Rack throughout the country and online offer customers the opportunity to apply for an NORDSTROM Rack Card, which entitles them to special financing options as well as exclusive offers. Click here for more information on the NORDSTROM Rack Card.
Shipping & Returns
- WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
For orders being shipped within the 48 states of the Continental United States or Puerto Rico, ground shipping is offered at a flat rate of ¥2,700 per order for orders up to ¥12,300; and ¥1,900 for orders greater than ¥12,300 and less than ¥30,500, after applicable discounts. For orders being shipped to Alaska of Hawaii, shipping is offered at a flat rate of ¥5,800. Our shipping methods are subject to change without notice.
Shipping insurance is a service offered for those packages that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. This does not apply to packages marked as delivered.
- CAN I PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Two day shipping is offered at a flat rate of ¥4,100 per order for orders up to ¥12,300; and ¥3,100 for orders greater than ¥12,300 and less than ¥30,500, after applicable discounts. Next day shipping is offered at a flat rate of ¥6,200 per order for orders up to ¥12,300; and ¥5,200 for orders greater than ¥12,300 and less than ¥30,500, after applicable discounts. Expedited shipping times do not account for order processing time. Expedited shipping is only available for orders being shipped within the Continental US & Puerto Rico.
- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! To ship internationally, we partner with Global-e. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows NORDSTROM Rack to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. Please select the destination by clicking on the country flag on the top right of your screen to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. To access on mobile, please use the menu on the top left of your screen. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.
- WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
All confirmed orders will be packaged and shipped within3-5 business days, and we will send the tracking number to the registered email address. This information will also be available in the My Account section. Ground packages typically arrive within 4 to 5 business days after shipment.
- MY ORDER IS SHOWING DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T GET IT. WHERE IS IT?
Most carriers will mark a package as "Delivered" when it is still "Out for delivery" that day. We recommend checking for a "Delivery Attempted" notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package. If you still have not received or are unable to locate your package by the 2nd business day (and no later than the 5th day) after we have marked it as delivered, please contact us by calling 1-844-468-4282 so that we can file a "Lost package" claim on your behalf. Please note that on "Delivered" packages, it is our discretion to reship or apply an online credit for the amount. No refunds will be applied.
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
STARTING 9/1:
For returns within the US, NORDSTROM Rack will accept your return for items which have not been worn or have not been altered within 14 days of delivery. For more detail, visit our Return Policy Page.
- CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE IN-STORE?
You may return any eligible item purchased on NORDSTROM Rack at one of our official retail locations. To return an online purchase in-store, you must first contact our Customer Service department via email at NORDSTROM Rack or phone at 1 (844) 468-4282.

- WHAT IS COVERED?
This limited warranty covers the following components: hands, dial, markers and watches movement. This limited warranty does not cover the crystal, crown, strap, bracelet, or battery. Nor does it cover any damage that results from unauthorized or improper use, service, accident, impact, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Further, any damage caused by water intrusion due to accident, improper use, or negligence will not be covered.
- WHAT IS EXTEND PLAN?
The Extend Protection Plan is in effect from day one alongside the manufacturer’s limited warranty, and provides coverage for accidental damage, and defects in workmanship and/or materials, including operational failure from normal wear. For more information by visiting this link: here
- HOW DO I REQUEST A REPAIR?
As a benefit to our customers, we accept any NORDSTROM Rack watch for repair at brick and mortar NORDSTROM Rack Store locations. Please have your warranty card and receipt available, if applicable for warranty coverage. A typical repair timeline is 90 days from the date of that analysis, as timepieces often must be shipped to the master craftsmen who originally created it for the best repair quality. Any costs incurred for non-warranty repairs will be communicated for approval before work is completed. Do I have a Swiss Made NORDSTROM Rack?
- HOW CAN I TELL IF I HAVE A SWISS MADE NORDSTROM Rack WATCH?
The Swiss government's quality standards in watch manufacturing have turned "Swiss Made" into one of the most sought-after signs of high-quality timepieces. A change to Swiss law in January 2017 increased the standards requiring 60% of the watch value and components to be from Switzerland, and while many recent and upcoming NORDSTROM Rack styles carry this badge of honor, unfortunately, select NORDSTROM Rack watch styles do not meet the new standard. While these select styles were originally designed and photographed with a "Swiss Made" at the 6-o-clock position on the dial, timepieces carrying the same model number manufactured after January 1, 2017, will now no longer have that text. We do offer many true Swiss Made styles, and many more to come, that comply with the new stringent standards. NORDSTROM Rackoffers a return or exchange on qualifying styles within 30 days of purchase.
